Gee, and I thought I had a hard time keeping up before!

Sweet baby Joshua has complicated life around here. Of course, he's the apple of my eye, but he also makes the time I have on the computer a little more interesting...because I've only got one hand available then. Add to that our regular internet outages (something is causing it to go out all night and periodically throughout the day) and all the other things that demand my attention (do these people really need to eat EVERY day???) and it all adds up to not posting in nearly a month. If I still have any readers left, I do plan to do better. And yes, once again, I am dreaming of the slower pace of winter.

Quick update: We are now climbing about 6 feet down out of our side door (our front door is even higher above ground level) as they have begun excavation for our addition! It is quite a sight to behold...handing a baby out of a house that is practically on stilts! No sleep-walking allowed around here!

I've got pictures to sort through and posts to compose...now just to find the time to do it! Maybe I just need to learn to type one-handed.

It is good to hear from you. I love the picture of your little son. How are the cows that your husband bought doing? Bye for now. Jennifer Fritzen
